Warm Up America! Care To Join Us?

Now, she had posted that she was involved with Warm Up America Foundation, making crocheted, knitted or quilted rectangles to be sewn together to make blankets for people in need. And she put out the call to action to join her in this endeavor.  Needless to say, I have! 

I learned to crochet as a child and have loved it ever since my mom showed me the basic single stitch.  I always end up giving away what I make anyway, so this is another way to 'share the love'.

While surfing today, I found a great website which offered an awesome concept.

I've done other giving 'thingies' (for lack of a better word) such as Christmas Angels, Secret Santas, etc. and participating in them is a very rewarding experience.

My first Give-A-Way

Carrie's Cache - An Intro

Carrie's Cache is my baby.  It isn't a personal revalation blog.  It is a collection of all my favorite things that I would like to share with you.

I am a woman who loves comfort and cool things. I have an eclectic sort of taste and when I find something I love, I like to share it with others. That is what this blog is about.

You may find product reviews.  You may find a give-a-way or two.  You may just find me bragging about some new treasure I have stumbled upon. Or maybe just sharing a tip to make life easier and more enjoyable. Ya never know.....
